If you are not satisfied with the print quality or craftsmanship of your shirt, we offer a 30-day, no-questions-asked refund from the date of initial purchase. We believe in our products, and if you aren't happy, we feel we haven't met our standard of excellence.

How to Request Support

If you encounter an issue with your order, please contact us at support@springshirt.com.

• Response Time: Our team typically responds within 48 hours. If you haven't heard back yet, please hang tight—one of our specialists will personally review your case to provide the best possible solution.

• Defects: If your item arrives damaged or the print is flawed, please include a photo in your email so we can fast-track a replacement for you.

Refund Eligibility & Exceptions

Because our t-shirts are custom-printed specifically for you, we are unable to process refunds for the following situations:

• Change of Mind: You or your client no longer need the shirt, or you found a different design you prefer.

• User Error: Accidental purchases or selecting the wrong size/color (please refer to our Size Guide before ordering).

• Software/Technical Misunderstandings: Issues related to digital files or editing software, as we are now fulfilling physical goods.

• Shipping Issues: Delays caused by the carrier or unstable internet connections during the checkout process.

• Expired Requests: Any refund request made more than 30 days after the initial purchase.

Important Notes

• Chargebacks: All refunds are issued at the sole discretion of Spring Shirt. Please note that accounts associated with chargebacks will be permanently closed.

• Cancellations: Once an order enters the printing phase, it cannot be canceled or modified.
